Our story
A Nagpur name families pass on to families.
Pankaj Constructions began with a single conviction — that the people of Nagpur deserved homes built with the same care the builder would want for their own family.
Over 35 years that conviction became a portfolio: the Gokul family of residential communities, delivered apartments across the city, and commercial spaces that anchor their neighbourhoods. We have grown, but the standard hasn't moved — quality you can stand on, timelines we keep, and paperwork you can trust.
We remain a homegrown developer. We know Nagpur's soil, its localities and its people, and we build for the long climate of a life lived here.
